Restoring American Federalism is a coalition of people who believe that we have strayed from the founder’s vision of sovereign people managing their own government. We welcome those who share our vision of American Federalism as defined by the Constitution, a separation of power between State and central governments, with a central government restricted to specific enumerated powers.

We support legislation at the State level aimed at pushing back directly on federal overreach, that empowers our States, and that is destined to challenge the federal government in courts.

We are nonpartisan. It is as invalid for the federal government to dictate that gays cannot marry as it is for them to dictate that a State must marry them or recognize their marriage.
